Welcome to Lalitah Green.
Lalitah Green is an entrepreneurship and business development program designed exclusively for NYSC Corps Members. By registering for or participating in Lalitah Green, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
Lalitah Green is open to:
- Serving NYSC Corps Members
- Recently passed-out Corps Members where applicable
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Program Overview
The Lalitah Green Program is designed to help corps members transition from service to entrepreneurship through a structured pathway that includes:
- Practical Skills Training
- Business Development Training
- Entrepreneurship Education
- Business Registration Support
- Funding Readiness Support
- Marketplace Access
The program aims to help participants become business owners and job creators.
Participant Journey
Participants will generally progress through the following stages:
- Step 1: Complete a practical skill course.
- Step 2: Complete business and entrepreneurship courses.
- Step 3: Register a business through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Step 4: Become funding ready.
- Step 5: Apply for funding opportunities through approved institutions.
- Step 6: Access marketplace opportunities.
- Step 7: Build and grow a sustainable business.
Fees
Participants may be required to pay applicable program fees, registration fees, CAC-related fees, marketplace fees, or other approved charges.
All fees will be communicated before payment is made.
Business Registration
Business registration through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is a compulsory component of the Lalitah Green Program.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information required for registration.
Funding Opportunities
Lalitah Green prepares participants for funding opportunities by providing training, guidance, mentorship, business development support and funding readiness preparation.
Lalitah Green does not provide loans, grants or investments directly.
Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant financial institution based on its own requirements and approval process.
Participation in Lalitah Green does not guarantee funding approval.
Marketplace Participation
Participants who successfully complete the program may be required to participate in approved marketplace initiatives designed to help them access customers and grow their businesses.
Marketplace participation may be subject to additional guidelines.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Provide truthful information
- Participate respectfully
- Complete required training activities
- Comply with applicable laws
- Respect other participants and facilitators
Prohibited Activities
Participants must not:
- Engage in fraud or deception
- Submit false information
- Share program materials without permission
- Harass or abuse other participants
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, presentations, templates, guides, branding and program content remain the property of Lalitah.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit program materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lalitah Green provides training, mentorship, guidance and support.
Lalitah Green does not guarantee:
- Business success
- Funding approval
- Profitability
- Employment
- Specific financial outcomes
Participants remain responsible for their own business decisions and actions.
NYSC Compliance
Lalitah Green is an independent entrepreneurship initiative.
Participants remain responsible for complying with all NYSC rules, schedules, obligations and regulations throughout their service year.
Modification of Terms
Lalitah Green reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be made available through official communication channels.
