Lalitah Green Payment & Refund Policy

Purpose
This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments made for participation in the Lalitah Green Program.
By making a payment, participants agree to this policy.
Program Fees
Participants may be required to pay fees for:
- Program Enrollment
- Skills Training
- Entrepreneurship Training
- CAC Registration Support
- Marketplace Access
- Other approved services offered by Lalitah Green
Applicable fees will be communicated before payment is made.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made through approved Lalitah Green payment channels.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate.
Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, participants may receive a receipt, confirmation message or access to program resources.
Participants should retain proof of payment for their records.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital training, mentorship, business support services and administrative processing, payments are generally non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once processing has commenced:
- Skills Training Access
- Entrepreneurship Training Access
- CAC Registration Processing
- Marketplace Setup and Activation
- Administrative Charges
- Digital Resources and Learning Materials
Exceptional Circumstances
Lalitah Green may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect charges
- Technical errors resulting in overpayment
Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of Lalitah Green.
CAC Registration Fees
Once a participant's business registration process has commenced or documents have been submitted for registration, CAC-related fees become non-refundable.
Payment Disputes
Participants are encouraged to contact Lalitah Green directly before initiating payment disputes with financial institutions.
Lalitah Green will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns.
Price Changes
Lalitah Green reserves the right to update pricing, discounts and promotional offers at any time.
Price changes will not affect participants who have already completed payment.
Program Withdrawal
Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the program after enrollment may lose access to certain services, resources and benefits.
Program withdrawal does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Lalitah Green shall not be responsible for:
- Banking delays
- Payment processor errors
- Network failures
- Third-party payment issues
Participants should ensure payments are made only through approved channels.
